Just to state the obvious, at the time of writing the UK is still part of the EU.

So I would expect to find the same rules apply just the delivery address is the UK and not Bulgaria.

Another factor is what you are importing and that amount.

If it is just a small parcel then it may be easier, however if it is a container you may be better off with help.
