How to protect children online

The Internet provides modern children with tremendous opportunities for development, learning, virtual communication with peers, and receiving important information about the world around them.

But unfortunately, Internet content contains different types of information. And there is a lot of negativity for children here.
In particular, this information can cause children to desire to use narcotic drugs, psychotropic and (or) intoxicating substances, tobacco products, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, beer and drinks made on its basis; take part in gambling, prostitution, vagrancy, or begging.

Therefore, it is necessary, first of all, in the family to bring to the child the necessary information about the presence of threats on the Internet, it is also necessary to devote sufficient time at school and inform the children about this. Children need to form correct life principles, educate morally, explain about the onset of legal responsibility.

Children now spend a lot of time at the computer. This is for learning, and games, and sharing on social networks, and for watching videos, etc. It is advisable to follow the path of reasonable rationing of the time allotted for using a computer and computer games. Discuss the rules and install the keylogger https://www.refog.com/keylogger.html which will help you find out the child's activity at the computer, even when you are not at home.

I've heard about such effect of the Internet on kids, but while my daughter is too little, I allow her to watch some cartoons online from time to time, but I'm not sure how to keep her entertained once she grows up.

That's actually terrifying that our kids are in danger even when they are under our supervision. I try to reduce the time my daughter spends on the internet, and I'm glad that for now, I manage to do that pretty easily since she still enjoys toys and things from kickstarter. But I'm worried about what will I do in the future when toys don't work for her anymore?
