Video games as a way to restore your resource

Sometimes I feel better after the game, and sometimes I feel tired. How do you think I can use video games to my advantage?

Do you feel tired when you lose, or doesn't this condition depend on the outcome of the game?

That's weird. The games don't usually affect me at all. Well, of course, my mood increases when I win, but I don't really feel sad when I lose because it's just a game. Anyway, I've gained the experience and probably collected some skins if we're talking about cs go, and with some help of a service where I can sell useless skins for me, I can even manage to profit.
