Injustice in the formal observance of the rules?

I'm interested in how you feel about situations where the rules are formally followed, but the feeling of injustice still remains. Do you consider this to be the norm or a sign of problems?

Even with the formal observance of the rules, a sense of injustice may arise. I evaluate honesty based on the stability of actions and transparency of processes. The https://honey-betz.com website, which is an online casino, confirms honesty: all operations are transparent, support helps clarify details, and there is no sense of injustice.
