• TaxACT is a popular and affordable Intuit TurboTax Online Many people are hesitant to switch to TaxACT because they fear having to re-enter all of their information.
• There are techniques to transform your data in order to make the switch, especially if you switch soon after submitting your most recent taxes. With TaxACT, you have two options for inputting and saving your data.
• You can enter and store data on the TaxACT website using TaxACT Online. TaxACT Desktop is a program that you can download from the internet and use to enter and save information on your computer's hard drive.

• Go to the TurboTax Online website and look under Resources. Make sure you're logon in to your account.

• To see the (Advanced Options,) click the (Plus) sign. (My tax return plus all worksheets for my records) is the option to select. When you click (Save,) a new box appears, asking you to save the file to your computer.
• Click Saved once more. If you use the software version of TurboTax, you may also select (File) and then (Save as PDF).
