After that you can start again with the P90X workout DVD. If you feel that your body can handle it you could possibly start all over again after just a couple of days. It really depends on you and your body.
When we talk about building muscle we always talk about weight training, using weights and going to a gym and working out to build a better and perfect body and muscle. However, is there a way to exercise without weights. Can we build the same amount of muscle without using weights? Find the answer next. So, can you really build a lot of muscle without using weights? The answer would be a big and unconditional no.
Well, it is not impossible to do it, but it would be inconsistent and inefficient. The reason of this is quite simple, the basics of muscle building are giving a progressive load on the muscle so that they can be forced to grow. So, what do I mean by progressive load? In simple language, you have to put load on the muscles over time in order to grow them. The muscles should move with this load in a certain manner to grow. The body weight exercises or exercises without weights cannot do this and give a progressive load on the body.
Moreover, to build muscles and to have an impact with the help of body weight exercises on them, we have to do more reps than the optimum number of reps to grow muscles. Next and important point here is that the only progression we get is the increase in the number of reps to do for any exercise without weights. This does not help in building muscle.
