I hope you are a ware that such a diet can be used only after the doctor`s recommendation. I used to follow it and ate only these low sodium foods https://myallamericancare.com/blog/2019/12/28/low-sodium-diet-impor.... Please be patient and persistent and you will definitely reach your goal. Good luck and hope you are doing well. Cheers

Nutrition labels include sodium content expressed in milligrams per serving. A good goal for a low salt diet is less than 3000 milligrams per day. More extreme measures could reduce salt intake to 500–1000 milligrams. The foods to eat are fresh foods, prepared at home with no salt added. This means shopping for the fresh foods found around the outside aisles of the supermarket and avoiding the center aisles where the processed, boxed and canned foods are located. Fresh meats, fruits, grains and vegetables are naturally low in sodium. Dairy products, on the other hand, are naturally high in sodium. In addition to this, cheeses all have additional salt. It is impossible to eat in restaurants and adhere to a low salt diet. Chefs, for some reason, believe all seasoning begins with salt. But if you buy fresh food and prepare it yourself without salt, adding pepper, lemon juice and spices instead, you will get used to the taste of actual food rather than the salt added. This takes about 2 weeks.
