I know that not a lot of people here I incant tuna avocados other things they like to snack I’m not much of a smacker so I can't really answer that's a but I do now every morning for the most part and at the things they like to eat on regular basis chicken me I like to keep my feet very very simple I'm not one to really dress up too much because I feel like it is too much when they keep it simple know that it's good and I can actually on chart things on that my fitness top what is your police I don't have to go late I just want to feel good I want to on be happy with like the way they look and I'm I yeah said congratulations on losing Slimgenix Pro countless I'm let's see how do you keep your kids busy during your workout so they don't care up to you that's a good question I work out when they are sleeping so I don't work out in the morning I workout during their nap time and just not wear makeup or for the day cut that's when I get myself together is when they go to sleep for their nap or I will work on the ways they should like to wake up about six o'clock in the morning and they don't actually wake up till now 839 clocks so that is a plenty of time to set wake up workout take a shower and get breakfast ready before they even open their eyes and that is how I do that what do you eat when you have a sweet tooth that's not bad for your diet I love banana ice cream you can make it yourself school ahead and freeze a couple bananas christianeappealing for street couple bananas I would even say freeze in the night before throw that into a blender with a little bit of milk and I'm Stevie super good how do you keep yourself from eat things that are tempting or your weakness for me it's sleek sometimes I can't control myself but then feel horrible afterwards also when you okay.
