KLM airlines understand that plans may change at some point, but it is increasingly important for us to know the cancellation policy before canceling the flight ticket to avoid any loss in the event. It becomes quite annoying for travelers to wander here and therefore carry the documents to cancel the plane ticket with them. So here we are going to discuss KLM Cancellation policy.

 

Beyond 24 hours, passengers must pay 10% of the value of the airfare as KLM ticket cancellation charges to claim a refund on their reservation.

The refund must be made to the original bank account or to the cardholder's debit / credit card within 7-10 business days.

Guests from the US and Canada can only claim a 100% refund under KLM's 24-hour cancellation rule, as long as the reservation must be made at least 7 days or more prior to flight departure.

The 24-hour grace period must begin the moment you complete the flight purchase and have been issued a 13-digit e-ticket number.

KLM Airways reward airline tickets are exempt from KLM cancellation within 24 hours.

KLM airways cancellation within 24 hours would not apply to group rates.
