Advanced Lash  after 4 weeks of treatment, 6.91 after 12 weeks of treatment, and 1.21 after treatment stopped. The serum T3:T4 ratio increased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment but decreased below the starting value after 12 weeks of treatment. The body weight of the five women participating in the study declined significantly after treatment (2.5 kg at 4 weeks and 5.5 kg at 12 weeks).
