1. You can send an email or text message to a new user inviting them to register their own Xfinity account.
   • Log in to My Account as the primary user.
   • At the top of the page, click the Users tab.
2. Click Add A New User under the list of current users.
3. Click Continue after selecting Owner, User, or Viewer.
4. Fill in the first and last names of the new user.
5. After inputting the new user's email address or mobile phone number, click Invite User.
6. A message of confirmation will display.
7. The new user will receive an email or text message encouraging them to create an account.
8. Users must accept their invitation by entering the primary user's street address.
9. The user will be prompted to create a username, login, and password recovery method after accepting the invitation. A new user account will be created once the forms are finished.
