How do you test the percentage of alcohol in a sanitizer?

Dry the sanitizer of commercial sanitizing services for 30 seconds with a hairdryer. Before you begin, make sure the hairdryer is warm. Dry the water in the same manner and at the same temperature. If the sanitizer contains the proper level of alcohol, it will dry up faster than water.
