CrossFit endurance programming doesn't make you do hours on to top of hours of training, and they say this gives you even better results. Some of their training consists of choosing biking, running, rowing, swimming, and doing it for crossfit sneakers intervals or for a certain amount of time. Another day they will say for you to do a workout on the main page, which is a great way to mix it up. You could also choose to alternate between the main site workouts, and the endurance workouts to give you the blend you are looking for in your workouts.
