Cam chats - is it a cheating?

Cam chats - is it a cheating? I'm interested in your thoughts. I'd say watching free xxx chat isn't cheating, having one-on-one camsex sessions could be interpreted as cheating, and I would say having it with someone you at least vaguely knew would be worse than just trawling Chatroulette, having a fiddle then clicking "next" and never hearing from that person again. Of course every relationship is different and some people won't mind, some will.
