  BLUE BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWER
is a vibrant blue flower used as a natural food dye, a popular herbal tea, and a traditional medicine in Asia. The flower's blue color comes from anthocyanins, and its color changes to violet or pink with the addition of acidic ingredients, making it a fun ingredient for cocktails and drinks. It is also a caffeine-free beverage with potential antioxidant and other health benefits, though more research is needed.
Blue butterfly pea flower is good for health and wellness because it is rich in antioxidants, which help fight inflammation, boost brain function, improve skin and hair health, and support eye health. The flowers are also used as a natural dye and to enhance the flavor of beverages and dishes.

To improve absorption, consume turmeric with fatty foods like oils or eggs and with black pepper, which contains piperine.
