As an example, you might have weaker biceps that fatigue before you can complete lats on rows. A good fix for this is to do an isolation exercise that doesn't emphasize the bicep muscle, like straight arm pulldowns. Once your lats are pre-exhausted, you can take on exercises like rows without weak biceps setting you back.Muscle Force FX Try eating protein rich foods right before and after you exercise.
