Paperback book binding tutorial

I work in a library, and some books are delivered this way. Like, they appear to have been produced originally as paperback and "converted" to hardbound. I don't know the process, but I think such binding is referred to as turtle binding also, I think the company that does it is called "bound-to-stay-bound."
