What sanitizers are effective against norovirus?

Norovirus is not killed by alcohol. Use water that has been bleached. The CDC and sanitize 19 suggests using a solution containing anything from 5 to 25 tablespoons of household bleach per gallon of water, or another disinfectant approved by the EPA.
