Make your self a tool kit that you take with you,in your car, This will be useful at the new house for assembly of furniture, installation of curtains and shades, Hanging mirrors and pictures. The kit should contain at least, a Hammer, Phillips head and straight blade screwdrivers, Vice grip pliers, adjustable crescent wrench, and various hardware such as nails and screws.

Well, simply be ready for some unpleasant situations. It can be very challenging indeed. But to avid this particular chaos I suggest to use some professional help.
