I use a tea ball with the kefir grains in it. I just soak probio lite the kefir grains in the milk, letting it warm to room temperature, and the next morning it has become curds and whey.
The next is not so easy, but you must try and avoid stress. Stress plays havoc with your immune system and therefore you will get more and more fungus infections if you are subjected to a lot of stress.
