With age, many health problems can appear. We can try our best to live as healthy as we can so that we can also be healthy as we grow older, however to matter how healthy we live, in the end we cannot escape aging but have you ever wondered what causes aging? Why do we age and die and not live forever? Why does our skin get saggy, our memory and other cognitive functions suffer, where does our energy go? Well according to science, we age because of the damage that our bodies receive during our lifespan.

Sunlight can cause damage, bacteria can cause damage, stress causes damage, unhealthy food causes damage, we're always exposed to some type of damage but it's small, passive and as we grow older this damage begins to show. The human body is like a car that has been used for many years and as you continue to use it, it gets worn out, that car will not last forever even if you've not been in an accident or if you've taken good care of it, eventually some problems will surface. Of course, we can't compare a car to the human body but you get what I mean, the body is much more fragile since it's made of bone and flesh and not metal or rubber.

If we go deeper, it's actually our cells that age, which is the cause for why we age. Yes, the human body is indeed made of meat and bone but actually it's made of cells, trillions of cells as science has shown us. These cells are a part of each and every organ in your body and each cell has a mitochondria which produces energy for the cell. Our cells and the mitochondria are exposed to free radical damage, oxidation which can happen because of enviromental factors but also because of internal factors such as being worn out by the functions that they continue to perform for us.

The mitochondria always produces energy and this function wears it out, slowly but surely as you age it will produce less energy, your body will produce less nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide which is needed for that ATP production which is the energy and this is the beginning of aging.
Midogen is a product that tries to, should I say treat some of these problems that happen to our cells. The closest we've gotten to eternal life is prolonging life and this is one of the ways to do it. Midogen promotes better health for the mitochondria and offers protection against oxidation because it offers antioxidants. Visit Live Cell Research for more info.
