In their clinical study trial a group of 16 overweight people were given GCBE every day. All participants consumed a diet of 2400 calories per day. Although this number of calories per day is above the recommended average, none of the participants did much exercise and, amazingly, they still lost weight. Over a period of 12 weeks the average weight loss was 17 pounds. This is a 10.5 percent decrease in overall body weight and a 16 percent loss in body fat.
Java Burn is in its natural state and for bringing out the flavors within it, it should be roasted to become dark brown or light brown. If you are planning to purchase the beans for trade, the best Java Burn is the Arabica variety. This high quality bean will remain fresh in storage for more than one year.
Java burn ripen at different rates, so one branch will often have both green and red beans on it. To get the best quality coffee, experienced pickers will carefully select only the ripest beans from each tree, leaving the younger beans for later. However, low quality coffee farms will pick green and red beans at once to save time and labor. This results in a final coffee that is bitter and acidic, not smooth and flavorful. Extra care while picking separates high quality products like Kona coffee from cheap coffee from South America.
