How to resolve Graphic Card issues in Dell Laptop?

We all need graphics card as it renders an image to the monitor by converting data into signal understood by the monitor. Many Dell laptops have integrated graphics card that is attached to the motherboard. But many times, graphic card users face issues like difficulty in detection of the graphics card when the Dell laptop is switched on or during Windows startup.
