It's very easy to over eat. Today, we have so many LumaSlim amazing options available to us and it's very difficult to say no. The supermarket shelves are bulging with tempting things to eat. We can hardly be blamed for wanting to fill our freezers and larders with these delicious goodies. What you will not find on the supermarket shelf are any packets of self-discipline. These life-saving packets unfortunately don't exist, but how brilliant if they did. Instead we have to rely on our own self discipline to control urge to overindulge.
This is quite a difficult thing to do, isn't it? On top of that, when we go out to a restaurant we are faced with equally tempting menus. Convivial atmosphere, good company and something good to drink, and self-discipline soon disappears out the window. We leave feeling happy, satisfied, but probably full of unnecessary calories. With so much temptation, is absolutely essential that we start to build our own personal calorie database. In other words we have to learn the calorie values of the food we eat.
This doesn't mean that we have too know every calorie value exactly, but we should try and learn the approximate calorie value of the things that we eat. There are so many calorie dense products available these days, and there are thousands of calories hidden in most unexpected places, that if we want to control weight and maintain weight, we have to increase our knowledge base.
