This youtube channel was created for the sake of science ,to bring more knowledge and awareness about our body!
Allow me to introduce myself ,I am a licenced personal trainer ,a fresh mother of three children ,suffering from diastasis recti right now ,in love with learning new things everyday ,eager to know my own body and how to keep it healthy and young for longer.

What this means  ,how to identify it and Most Important ,how to heal it with the proper exercises !

 

Most women  don´t know they have it ,this condition being incredibly common among pregnant and postpartum ,and advised by their personal trainer to get back in shape to soon or to workout aggressively ,or the wrong way ,actually aggravates the situation.

The surgery should not be your first option to repairing diastasis recti ,and you should believe in the incredible power of your own body into healing it´s self.

In fact ,doing the right exercises can help you healing this common condition.
