The first phase was fighting in the battle of the bad habits and stick with it. I make changes in my eating habits of unhealthy health choices and I cut the amount of food you eat to put it in balance with my exercise program and lose weight. Once I lost weight, and was the key to achieving balance in eating and exercise with the weight you want to maintain. Colonel Bob: What are the biggest challenges and how did you overcome them?  Sonix Garcinia Greg: I first need to recognize that you need to get started. The current pattern of my life without exercise and a healthy weight to change since my health is of paramount importance. It was the best thing I did to get me on the right track to put in the calendar and treat it like any business meeting. I had to be there. Colonel Bob: What keeps you on track? Greg: My relationship with God keeps me on the right track.
