A lot of Western lifters look their training programs and immediately say it's too much volume (sets, reps, and weight) for most lifters to handle, True Cambogia while others - included - have used and had great success in doing so What have you to say to people who say that their training programs are too hard for drug free lifter average with a job and a life outside the gym?

It seems that Western athletes are used to train a bit and pump much For those athletes who are able to get through the first few weeks, it will become much easier in the future..
