A fill set is a short set of 25 to 30 reps of moves that specifically targets a problem area. Incorporate fill sets two to three days after a workout that focused on the muscle group. Don't overdo the number of times you workout in a week, limit yourself to a maximum of four days. This allows your body to repair and regenerate itself between workouts. Too much exercise may cause injury and that can be counterproductive. You must think smart when you are going to do squats. Drop the bar onto your back close to the middle of the traps. Other negative side effects of steroids include liver damage, high cholesterol and the development of breast tissue in men. They also increase acne and cause "roid rage" which can lead to dangerous psychopathic behavior. In other words, the disadvantages of steroid use far outweigh the benefits.
