The decision to ask for help is not always easy, because sometimes we think it means we recognize a weakness or failure. Seeking help from a psychologist is even more complicated because you add the stereotypes that exist around mental health. But the truth is that asking for help is a choice that denotes courage and maturity. https://psychologyspot..com/should-i-go-to-a-psychologist/

I believe that it is necessary to turn to a psychologist when a person cannot control his own emotions.

For example, a person experiences uncontrollable outbursts of anger, gets irritated, often cries for no reason. Not only he himself suffers from this, but also those around him, especially close people. In this case, you need to try calmery therapy  and get qualified help. If you do not seek help in time, the consequences can be very serious, up to the development of various diseases.
